Free US shipping

Every order ships free within the United States, with tracking.

Delivery times

• Processing: orders are prepared within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery: orders ship from a US warehouse and most arrive within 2–5 business days after they ship.
• Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays. Peak seasons and weather can occasionally add a few days.

Holiday orders

Hosting Thanksgiving on November 26? We recommend ordering by November 13. For delivery before December 24, we recommend ordering by December 11.

Tracking

You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take 1–2 days to show movement.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. We're unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days, contact us through our contact page and we'll help, including a reship or refund if your package is lost.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away. We can only update an address before the order ships.
